- Take a pan add oil, now make small pakodi in hot oil fry it till golden yellow..
- Now take a pan add oil jeera and hing..
- Add onion, paste saute it..
- Now add tomatoes and all spices in it.Saute for a minute now add curd stir continuously..
- Now add 1 cup water.When it boil add pakodi and boil for 5 minute..
- Mangochi is ready to eat..
